the hate crime bill is worded wrong here in the U.S., it should read something more like maybe:

a hate crime is ANY act of violence or discrimination that stems from seperating one person from his peers for any reason whatsoever, irregardless of age, sexual gender, orientation, skin color, social status (income/property), religion or even what color clothes you have on.

if you stop and look at it in a real light, the war on poverty should be considered a hate crime, thousands are being systematically slaughtered for no reason other than being poor and with-out property. Handing a homeless person a ticket for loitering, obstructing a sidewalk (i got one of those once from the L.A.P.D. for stopping for 5 seconds to say hello) or other various similar charges/citations is like beating up on a man in a wheel-chair, first, since he has no income or little, you can't expect him to buy property with what he doesn't have, survival comes first, thats natural law. Think about it, really it is all a big trap, aimed at your destruction, if you aren't on the list of names with the C.F.R. or the trilateral commision, their intentions are to kill you it looks like to me.
